Mother's Day flowers i ordered never arrived but my credit card was charged. No response to various emails and no live person actualyl answers the phones or returns messages left with them.
I was actually sent flowers via Bloomex this week as well - they were left outside my office door (which was unlocked) and the order was completely wrong according to the sender.
