I called your office @ 245pm after asking a coworker where i can go to find a car. My coworker told me that he heard about this place but personally never been there. I called the number and Dan picked up and answered all my questions and told me to give him a call back if I had any questions. I called him 6 more times to check on 10 more cars he was upbeat and never sound annoyed. I went to carmax to see if i was able to find anything and still wasnt satisfied so called Dan while in the carmax parking lot and he told me to come in and he will take care of me. I live in Miami and I drove for over a hour because I was so impressed with the customer service I received over the phone. I got lost while driving and Dan was on the phone trying to guide me and again he never once sound like he didnt want to help me. He immediately greeted me and thank me for coming in. I was so impressed with the customer service and the way he treated me. I will make sure i send him a referral and i hope the company realise the asset they have. I was so happy when I drove out with my 2011 camry. Thank you Dan... All the best for 2012
