As a customer service rep we never get lunch breaks, on several occasions some of us have tried to take a minute or so to get some water and catch our breath only to have a manager ask as what we are doing and tell us to get back to work. Enterprise has in fact violated labor laws big time and of course like they always do someone from corporate is going to file a REBUTTAL and try to call all of us liars but let them try.
