On August 13th I test drove a 200 vw jetta from these people. I informed them that we were interested in the car but it needed a wheel bearing on the rear right side. I was told it would be fixed by the time we were to take it off the lot Monday the 15th. I picked up my car and had to bring it back on the 16th to have another wheel bearing put on it. (Keep in mind this car was inspected on the 3rd of august) I had to contact the dealer again that same week because all four shocks and struts were bad and my brake light came on. Which they said they'd fix but never did. I took my car to another shop and had it inspected and found out that it needed struts, shocks, a new clutch, inner and outer tie rods ends, a right front axle, a timing belt/chain, bushings, front brakes, and some other minor parts.
When I took this list back to Sir Michaels he said he was not aware of these issues (not sure how not if the car was really inspected) and he would only fix the shocks and struts.
