Defective shocks and struts

Letter to CEO in October with NO response.

Dear Mr. Borgman:
This letter is to express disappointment regarding the quality of struts and shocks that your outlets sell.
While living in Oregon in Klamath Falls I replaced both the front and rear struts on my 1997 Maxima. Since I handle the Canadian marketing for JELD-WEN I moved to Victoria in January of this year and in June of this was forced to take the ferry, at my expense to Port Angeles to have the struts replaced due to failure. At this time I also had the front bearing plates replaced.

However either the struts used were incorrect, although the part numbers matched, or the application was wrong. I have spent over $2000 in the last month trying to get them adjusted and finally replaced. Tom Martin the owner of the ESSO station would be glad to discuss this with you. I have attached copies of all invoices and at this point I would like a refund for the initial install and the subsequent addition of bearing plates.

I would gladly return the struts but that would entail another ferry trip to Port Angeles plus a lost day of work. I expected a much higher level of service from your company based on your reputation and I am quite disappointed.
