I recently purchased my second vechile which is a KIA. I purchased the 2nd one from Kia of West Chester. I had a great experience overall expect for the one thing, misunderstanding when your sales person says its all included, which is then added on 3795.00 worth of extra's on my vechile price and financing price. I was under the impression since i compromised and took the brown color car instead of the white one i dreamed of own i was getting those extra's. What happened from the time we talked numbers till i signed the paper work i have no idea. Once the owner got wind of what had happened he took the time out of his day to call me personally and try to resolve the matter. I am beyond thankful and grateful i was given that opportunity and he wanted to make things right. As a young single mother of a special needs child my mind is not always in the right place and i often over look things. I should of looked at the paper work took my time and re-read it all before signing. I signed it, it was final but he did not hold me accountable for that. Thank the lord. He resolved the issue and gave me the money back from the warrienties which was applied to my loan. Like i said again the deal was final he did not have to even contact me or do anything. Jim Sipala is an honest man that does care about his business and his reputation. He fixed the wrong and went above and beyond what an owener should do or for that matter what any owner would do. I am fortunate enough to know such a good man in this cruel world. My salesman Chris Burke was a great guy but he needs to say in detail what he means by its all included. Like i said they fixed the problem immediately. I will continue to use them and them only for all further car related business and i know my family will as well now. I will only took highly of this company and jim himself. He is a great guy and truly does care about the well-being of his customers. Thank you again for all you have done, Jim. You deserve all the praise you get.
