Im not just gonna write the bad about this compny because there are some good employees but I bought my car from the Bentonville location about 4 months ago with low miles and a pretty good price on the vechile, they worked with me for alomost a month to put me into the car i wanted and didnt push me into anything. Well 4 months has past now and I tok my car on vacation, while on my vacation I experenced trouble with my vechile (which is still under the warranty) and so I called and spoke with the repair lady (name withheld). She informed me that in order to get my car fixed under the warrenty I had to bring it to one of "there" repair shops. I am unable to make it back to Arkansas due to the fact that it will not drive. I informed them of this and was told that I COULD get it fixed anywhere I would like but to bring receipts and they would take it off the vechile price. Well I went to have an estimate on getting this fixed ($2500) so I again contacted AAF and was told that they would only take 2 payment off my car unless I bring it there to be fixed... 2 payments would only be $300 and I would then have to continue with my $150 biwkly... How do they expect someone to pay $2500 and them take $300 off the payment... Wheres the other $2200 that the warranty is supposed to cover. Now I dont have a problem paying upfront as long as i am reembersed the whole price as stated in the warranty paper work!
