The manager of this shop Sold and installed a third-party muffler that was not intended for my 2004 Dodge 1500. I did not know or understand that this was not a Meineke product until i took the muffler back in for repair. The muffler blew apart within16 months. The Corporate Office dismissed my complaint by saying they were not there when I made the deal. There was no deal. I went in to buy a muffler for my vehicle. This company doesn't care about their customers or their brand name. Boycott them and let them know it.
I thought I was getting a life-time warranty. They offered to sell and install the right muffler for $300.00.
