I needed a new muffler so I brought my car to Rayco auto service. They gave me an estimate which I was over charge, but that not even the problem they installed my muffler incorrectly. They used my original muffler brace instead of using a new one on the car (which my car is an 82 buck Lesaber) and expected it to be liable.
I first asked them to install the muffler correctly. But the said it was broker. I asked them if they were going to give me a new muffler since the negligently installed it improperly the said no. They said I will put another muffler on for $150.
I tried to explain to them it wasn't my fault they were negligent and I wasn't paying for it because they were negligent. Both the said take the car and go. This event occurred on 8/25 I got my car muffler installed on 3/21. Now I am stuck with a broken muffler which I over paid for.
