Absolute Towing-SCAM Colorado Springs

I can't beleive these guys have gotten away with this for so long. Reports are dating back years now.
Several folks were so upset I am surprised a confrontation didn't occur and someone could have gotten hurt. I understand the private property thing and that is where they are mis-using freedom by pulling a bait in switch.
In my case there was never a sign posted before I parked there and afterword. I have photographs of after and there are no signs. 254$ to get my car back. Looking for ideas from anybody on how to stop these guys from doing this to others. It was sad to see that America has come to this for some people.
