August I took out an ad to sell my 2009 GMC 3500 Dually with vehiclestars. They never once contacted me after that and failed to sell my truck. I met all the criteria as required by them to receive a refund of $451.75 cdn. It never happened. I tried the e-mail first and no reply. I called and finally got to speak to a person who assured me I had met all the requirements for a refund and he told me it would be mailed to me on January 16th. These crooks need to be charged and everone they have duped should be refunded. The Florida BBB told me they have many outstanding complaints, and vehiclestars only replies to a small percentage of them.
