This year i got my daughter 2002 jag for oil change along the way i request when they can do my 2007 ls460 (lexus) the explained they might and so i permitted them to give me positioning and took my family on a holiday. 2012 returned to the same office (tire plus) to ge another positioning and oil change. But to my shock i had been told by administration they might not do our veh simply because they do not have the equipment or machine to complete lexus, and so i shocked him by informing him this same area did our positioning before this year he replied that is difficult, he looked up my name and yes they charge me for something which was never completed set our veh and my children in risk considering our veh was secure. Beware beware of the exercise i tried calling corp they never return our phone exactly what a disgrace.
