To Whom It May Concern:
I just purchased a new car about three weeks ago. This is my third car that I have purchased from Avondale Doge in the past seven years, and have had some of my friends and family as well. I can tell you that I will never step foot on that property again. I have never been treated so badly in my life!!! That place will lie, cheat, and steal just to sell you a car. I have a We Owe slip from that place and they still have not made good on it. Thad (Sales Manager) is the rudest person I have met. He is not a man of his word and lied to me about the parts that where going to be placed on my car. They put the cost of the parts in my loan, but wont put it on my car!!! Thad keeps saying that its the Parts Dept fault and the parts dept (Nelson) keeps saying that Thad needs to say that it is ok to order it. When I am placed on hold, your hold message says its all about you Well that is not the case for me. So I want to thank you Avondale Dodge for really screwing me over!!!
