You used deceptive wording in a voucher pertaining to meals by mail. When I tried to use the voucher, there were shipping fees of $15 which were not accounted for in the total "value" of the voucher! You then failed to correct the situation, deferring to your refund policy, which you of-course incorrectly applied to my case.
