Horrible service all around!

Where do I begin? Last week I purchased flowers for my parent's 30th anniversary and under special instructions I requested a cell phone number to be called in case nobody was home. Did they call the number? NO! The delivery people didn't call me, my father, or email me at all.instead, I had to continuously call the damn wesley berry bastards until they answered the phone and even then they said they could deliver it the next day. I asked for the flowers to be delivered no later than noon for a specific reason: my parents going out of town and would be leaving at noon. Did they deliver by noon? NO, of course not, because they had to deliver to hospitals and funerals first. Last time I checked, it should be first come first serve. I have the utmost respect for both the living and the deceased, but I made this order a week ago and got nothing for it. On top of everything, by the time the flowers got there it was too late. I called to cancel the order of approximately $57, but they could only give me $34 because they had to "pay their delivery people" or some bs like that. This is the last time I'm ever going to use this floral company because they absolutely positively BLOW!
