Purchased a car a week before christmas and started having problems less than a week after getting car home. I called and spoke with Craig the finance manager and told him what was going on and he said no problem just bring the car back and they would fix it. I went back and fourth with this dealership and it is March and I still haven't gotten my car fixed. I can't drive it at night or when it rains because the wiper work when they want and I am afraid the lights will shut off completely again at night. I tried calling the finance company and see if they could help with the situation but they were no help all they want is their payment when it is due. I have been told nothing but lies from day one by this dealership and will never ever deal with Blue Parrot Auto Sales ever again. To top everything else off I took the car in for a oil change and found out that I need rod ends, rotors and a new set of tires don't you just love it!!! Beware of Blue Parrot Auto and their slick tongue salesman and finance manager. They will do or say anything to make a sale.
