Owner name is tom mc dowell i made check deposit on a van, he resold the van and dafaced my deposited check as "nsf" claiming the check was not honored, but my bank gave me an official stamp rinted mini statement to disclaimed h

I saw a 1998 Ford Econo E350 Van at Shamrock Auto Sales & Service on Saturday March 24th. I negotiated the priced to sale with the owner Mr. Tom Mc Dowell.

After we agreed on the price of $1,100, I asked if it is ok to make a deposit on the vehicle and pay the balance the following Wednesday, he agreed to the payment option.

I asked if he would take a check as means of payment or my credit card. He told me he preferred the check since it was for the deposit; I wrote the check for $500.

I returned on Wednesday with the balance; as I presented him the balance, he told me he had called to inform me that my bank did not honor my check. When he told me that, the first thing Idid was to sroll down my phone to see if he did trying to contact me.

The last number I made to his towing driver that Saturday was still registered on my phone, but not the call he claimed he made to me.
