I took my car for a antifreeze leak to a man whom I knew breifly in Middletown who has a mechanic shop. I thought I could trust him since he said he was a Christian. Boy was I mistaken. He lied and decieved me for 2 long painful weeks. He said it needed all kinds of parts and said he replaced all kinds of things. Said it burned up as a joke but did not tell me its a joke till after i was upset, and then said it was done 3 different times when it wasn't for laughs. I think he has some kind of mental issues. Not sure what is wrong, but he is not professional at all. I picked up the car and it sounded worse than when I brought it in. My car ran great when i brought it to him. All it needed was a water pump. It ran so bad I had to take it to another mechanic since he refused to look at or fix the problem He said its the mufler. I tried to take it out of there after his sil told me all kinds of bad things about Lonnie his father in law. He said he lies to his customers all the time and rips them off. He hates working there because its so bad and has a bad reputation. He told me he does not want to take over the garage because his fil Lonnie ruined the name of the shop with his bad practices. He said Lonnnie was suppose to do the job but made his sil do it and he said he could not do it. So it was done wrong. I wanted to take it out of there but the police said I couldn't till It was fixed and I paid the bill. Then take him to court. When I picked it up it was running horrible.
So I took it to another mechanic and he said they never timed the car right. It was a tooth off. It ran so bad it was not funny. Plus he never put in a new motor mount like he said. They left all kinds of bolts out. Lonnie even told me he had to get a 300 part and to give him the money but he never bought it. He messed with me so much I am in shock that he is in business at all. Maybe because I am a women he thought he could lie and rip me off. I do not know. He told me to my face he hates women. All I know is I am very sad and disappointed in a man who bragged he is a deacon in his church and does this sort of thing. Beware people with fork tongue. Not everyone who says they are nice are reliable and honest. Not even a deacon in a church. I wonder if his pastor knows how he treats his customers. He said he would pay the other mechanic for repairing what he messed up but then he got mad because I caught him in a lie so he said take me to court, and hung up on me. Btw that is the 3rd time he hung up on me. Not good business practice.
Save yourself a headache and money do not bring anything to be repaired by Lonnies auto repair shop. He does not care, because he is closing his business soon so he could care less what he does. I promise you every single word I wrote is true and I paid a dear price to suffer because I trusted a lier. Btw he said he liked me. I bet he liked messing with me and ripping me off. He had a good old time with that. I hope he feels good about what he did to me. God knows what he is doing. I hope other do now too.
