I had my car car towed by AAA to the garage up the street from me, because it was a no start, was told by Joe Heilfit, the mechanic that it needed a fuel pump, I said ok, they replaced the part and then was told it still wasnt running, after two days he said that he thought he knew what it was, they had another mechanic look at it, and was told it was the fuel regulator, then the oil regulator, then the computer, spark plugs etc. The car isnt running still after 3 weeks.
Finally they had another mechanic from another garage look it over and he told me that they had the car to torn apart he couldnt even bein to diagnose it till everything was back where it should be, I went there the next day with the intention of towing it to the shop that Tom worked at and the owner said I had to pay for all the parts they had replaced, even though the car wasnt running or repaired. I called the cops and was told that all I could do was file at the local court and even if the judge found in my favor it wasnt enforcable. Now these people have my car, the car my deceased father left to me and my son, the car my son used to get to work most days and now has nothing.
