This company lied to me and caused me a great deal of inconvenience & money. I was told the part I ordered would take 2 to 4 business days to arrive when I ordered on 3-1-19. Now I've found out it is not going to arrive until the 28! This is bad business. I called customer service, obviously based in Korea or somewhere similar. After saying they were sorry, they said there was nothing they could do. I'm on disability and I wasted many minutes on hold, not to mention money which I have to watch closely. A recording told me not to not hang up after the call so they could conduct a customer survey. I was ready explain the horrible service, and lack of any effort to try and solve it or compensate me for my inconvenience, but even that never came on. Never, ever, under any circumstances buy a part from MB Parts Warehouse. I will do everything I can through internet reviews, the complaint, the Better Business Bureau, and whatever else I can do to alert people to the dishonest, bungling service you can expect when you deal with this shady company. I'm disabled and need that car and cannot get it running until the radiator arrives.
