Purchased vehicle in december - did not receive vehicle until late january. John white - the salesman pocketed 700 of my money and owner alex did not compensate for it. He told me he did by lowering price of vehicle and including a full 12 month warranty. He did not lower price of vehicle and 500 was included in my loan for the warranty. I had to pay out of pocket for the taxes on vehicle, registration, and inspection for the vehicle. According to the bill of sale (which by the way is the only document i have received for the vehicle) indicated that all three are included in my loan.

The dealership told the bank, Westlake Financial, Los Angeles CA, that I had the vehicle since December 21 - therefore a payment was due on 1/20. I complained to the company that I did not receive the vehicle until 1/28, so how was a payment due. I made this complaint on 2/22 upon learning i had a past due payment. I had orginally called Westlake because the amount of money that i paid did not reflect in my loan. I was yelled at and told that it was not their problem and that i had to work it out with the dealership. Ultimately, their only concern was that I did not make my payment.

Let me back this up a little. On my way home from work, I was pulled over by Niskayuna PD because the vehicle was NOT registered. I have several tickets ranging from Improper Plates to No Registration, to No Insurance, to No Valid Inspection Sticker. My vehicle sat in the impound for almost THREE WEEKS because after paying all of this money for the downpayment, I was completely tapped out. When i finally came up with the money to get the vehicle out of tow, i called John, at this time, this was the only person that i have ever dealt with. I heard about the owner, but he was so busy traveling, he seemed to never have time for me. Anyways, John told me that he would meet me at 9am (work hours 12-8) so i can get my vehicle before work. I waited in the office for two hours. No John. Phone calls going straight to vm. Finally John arrives, he says that I have to get a release form from Niskayuna PD and impound so I left to do that. The vehicle will not be released without new plates. Called John, said he was on his way to the NPD. Waited there for several more hours, now Im late for work. Finally when John picked up the phone, he yelled, cursed me out and hung up on me (oh yeah, he answered phone when i called from a friends cell phone, who btw, was driving me around so i can get my car). Couldnt get car that day, it was a Friday, impound closed on weekends). Finally I find out that there was a second location from the owner of Quality Motors - 2060 State Street, Schenectady 12304 - i go there and low an behold there's the owner. He agreed to work it out with me.

Monday morning, i meet the owner at NPD. Car is STILL not registered... Will not be released. This is when i found out that my money has been pocketed. John was fired (allegedly) by Alex. Ok - but that's not enough. My young children did not have an adequate Christmas due to company needed more and more money. I had to to tell the younger ones the truth a bout Santa, that totally destroyed Christmas, probably — forever for them). Cant put a price on that. I assured them that this will all be ok (in addition to the fact I work SOOOO much for this) - we will have adequate transportation and we will not have to walk to and from school in the cold any longer. What about my money? I am a struggling separated single mom of 4 children (12,7, 6,6) - working overtime to get this vehicle and make ends meet. I dont have money for other people to literally, in my face, rob me.

Finally have vehicle. Within one week of having vehicle, partially down powered window, completely falls. Take it in to get fixed. Mechanic (only mechanic, ever) puts my window up with ripped cardboard pieces. I was to return to shop at 296 Altamont Avenue (main office) for them to place a new motor in my car Next day, I return, with once again fallen window. No motor ordered and this time, mechanic has my window held up with pen. A PEN!!! Ok I bite that one. Within three weeks, on my way to Albany, NY - battery light comes on... Ok? Not cool. After arriving in Albany, check engine light comes on - now thats really not cool. Bring car bak to dealership, nothing. No motor still not ordered. Its been 3 weeks. I call Alex several times to fix my loan and the car or give me my money back. Finally on March 8, I call Alex once again, he says i can come in so we can fix the paperwork and get the car fixed, the part is in the office. I arrive at the office and Alex "reposses" my car because the bank decided to not take the loan. I call Westlake and they said they returned the loan to eezycredit.com because there were too many problems that i complained about and they did not receive a payment.

This company has no intregity and does not care what they do to people. They should be held accountable for their action and the humility they has bestowed upon the several people who comes to them in order to receive goods and services in order to live a decent life. I will see them in court. I have taped every conversation with John, Alex, Mechanic, and Westlake. Not purposely. I happen to have an app on my phone that records ALL calls. Im so glad I did. See you in court you, b*stards!!!
