Support specialist Jose Ordenez had terrible customer support. Reported he didn't wish to focus on my vehicle, and offered me 'top' about placing it back together after he got it aside.
I'm not eager about anybody speaking insane in my experience that works in a person service environment. Additionally, in my opinion an automotive support ought to be customer support pleasant to assist generate confidence the function gets completed, or atleast to make sure you that you simply haven't been overlooked within the waiting area.
NOTE: I waited within the waiting place for 2 hours while they eliminated a gear, and place exactly the same belt back on... Hmm... Two hours?! Really?
