Rip-off! Buyer Beware! BMW M3 Problems Galore!

In the last 4 years I have bought 4 brand new BMW'S. X-5,745I, 325Ci and a 2003 M3. Since I bought my M3 Convertible it was in a rear end accident in May 03. The dealership charged my Insurance company $17,000 to fix the car. It was in the shop for one and a half mos.

After I got my car back in July 03 it has been back to the dealership 8 times. Total number of visits since last April are 11. I contacted BMW corporatevia letters and no response.

Then I hired an attorney and BMW examined my car and Ms Kirnum of BMW of No America offered my attorney to pay his fees to convince me to drop this case. Loyalty and patronage mean nothing to BMW. Backing their customers means nothing to BMW.

Bottomline is GREED. Screw the consumer because what can they do individually? And neither does BMW have the resources to fix their overengineered cars. My car has been in the shop 5 times in 2004 all for problems related and unrelated to the accident.

BUYERS BEWARE before u buy a BMW that if you have major problems with your overpriced BMW you are on your own. They think they have me in a corner but mind you if I can afford 4 new BMW's I also can afford to sue them and that I will. Till then Potential Victims buy a (name removed by usacomplaints.com), they do back their vehicals.
