My car was in an accident. I had it towed there where I thought I would get the best business. My insurance company paid over $8,000 for damages done in the accident. My car was there way over 6 weeks when they called me and said it was ready it was in worse shape than it was in before the wreck. I took my car back & told them what was wrong they told me to leave my car I had to take back the rental and defend for myself without a ride because they wasn't gonna pay for the rental fees because my car was done 2 days ago on July 1. I was so disappoint in the work they done. So now they want me to pay $89.00 diagnostic fee for the problems that's wrong with my car when the problems had to ether be accident related or their fault at the dealership. I just want my car repair right, that's what insurance is for.
