This story is almost unbelievable... I paid about 700 usd in august (yes august...) for a pair of chrome-plated original Harley Davidson Fat Boy wheels. 1,5 months later they shipped me the wrong wheels. The originals are solid, they shipped spoke wheels. I rejected the wheels, it was october 10. Since then nobody knew where the wheels ended up for months. Pacifichrome said they didn't know where the wheels are and they could not ship the new ones until they get the first pair back. After a number of email and calls, finally, in january they found out that USPS lost the wheels. They then said they would file for insurance and ship me the wheels soon. I didn't hear for weeks again.
We are now in march. 4 weeks ago they said the needed to produce the wheels for me as the were sold out. They promised, via written mail, it would take one/two weeks. Every time I write either they do not answer or if they do so, the only thing they say is to be patient as they are still working on the wheels. Do you believe it??? 7 months after the payment, they cashed in and i'm still waiting for my wheels. I'm gonna file a fraud complaint procedure with paypal, ebay and the California department of consumer affair.in the meantine just wanted to alert you all to stay away from these guys. They are remarkably incompetent or fraudolent...
