Went to this dealership because they said I was approved, and I told them I was not putting any money down, and Gio said that was fine come on it we can work with you. My girlfriend I get there and we start looking at cars, and first they wanted to put us in a car that had damage on the mirror and when we pointed it out they said they didn't even know that was there. Well they had us check out the 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee supercharger. Well we took it for a test drive with the dealer and guess what we got a few blocks away and ran out of gas, so we had to push it to the side and wait for someone to bring us gas, then we get back and they tell us that the gas gauge must not be working. Okay thats fine we said as long as you fix it, and some of the other things like the heated seats were not working and it was leaking antifreeze but they assured us they would fix it, and that if there was anything else that needed fixed to let them know and they would take care of it.
Now comes to the money, well we said we could not afford anything down, of course we ended up having to put 200 down and then agreed to pay the rest on our pay days. They let us take the vehicle home and said they would call us to get it serviced, and we said we want you to put a full tank of gas in here. Well they left and came back and I got in and it was at a half of tank, well since they said the gauge wasn't working we were thinking it was full. We didn't even go very far with the vehicle the week we had it, and guess what the gas light came on and we were like there is no way because this tank should be full, well we ran out of gas and had to push it into the service station and we filled it up and guess what we found out that they lied to us and they only gave us a half of tank to begin with. The gauge did work and it cost us 69 dollars to fill it.
So we go home and send them an email about it and they apologized and said it must of been a miscommunication on their part (Now we know this is not true). So in the meantime we sent them what needed fixed and Gio kept saying he would call us to get it serviced. Another week goes by and it happened to be a Saturday and We fill the tank up again because we are going somewhere on Sunday, well Sunday comes and go to start it and it is making god awful noises which its the supercharger and its still leaking the antifreeze (Now remember there is a full tank of gas in here). So we can't drive it and they are not open on Sunday so we call them on Monday and tell them to come and get this vehicle and they said we had to have it towed to them and we had to pay for it, so we have it towed and Louis said to put in writing on a piece of paper what needs to be done with the vehicle and he will make sure it gets fixed, so we do that and put it in the car as he said.
I get a call from Gio asking about the supercharger he asked if we wanted it returned to stock I said thats fine was tired of the bs. Well almost another week goes by and we call to find out what is going on because it should not take this long, well Gio says we can pick the jeep up its done. We go to pick up the Jeep and they not only didn't fix what they were supposed to but they used up half a tank of gas and put 103 miles on it. They replaced the belt on the supercharger and then unplugged it, they replaced the display on the roof that didn't work and the leaking and that was it, but we also noticed that they didn't put any antifreeze back because the dummy light came on and we had to stop and fill it up, and put more gas in they didn't fix the heated seats as promised or the mirror that was cracked or the springs on the back of the trunk we had to go and buy those which were 34 dollars and put them on.
I can just go on and on about what they promised to do and did not. I would never go to these people again. They lliterally lied to our faces and cost us out of pocket money and we were out of a vehicle for almost 2 weeks. This place is a scam and I will not rest until I see that they pay for what they have done to us. It has been nothing but a stressful 30 days.
