Ridebikegear.com sells motorcycle gear on the internet, (saddlebags trunks) look great and marked down from some imaginery price some 60 to70 %. This company offers no contact phone numbers on address or persons to contact. Once you send your money its gone, if you order something from them and do not like it or can not use it TOO BAD no refunds and once i ask for a refund then only way to contact is email [email protected] but then they simply quit responding.
I ordered the large motorcycle trunk with back rest and top rack Marked $700 discount to $199 sounds like a nice trunk at a great price, however the trunk is so flemsy that if you were to ever lean back on the back rest the lid will collapse down over the sides of the box. I email them and told them i could not use this trunk and need instructions to send box back, they emailed me and ask whats the problem with the the trunk. So I email them again tell them in detail that the trunk is flemsy and of poor quality and that i can not use it and i want my money back. Now I have gotten no further contact from them and have on other way to contact them. Filled a dispute with my credit Card Co. Trying to get my money back. Thank You And don't get RIPPED OFF
