I received a call from this place and paid them their fee thinking it would be an easy way to maintain my vehicle as I was/am out of work. A week or so went by and I received a couple of emails, one of which gave the guarantee information. Shortly there after I got a welcome letter in the mail. It was on safety green 60 lb card-stock. What real business does this?
My 30 day period came and went with no phone calls from them about anything. Any time I tried to call Patrick/Mitchell was always busy and on the other line. Ultimately I told him that I would get the authorities involved and his rebuttal was that they have done nothing wrong and I can't get it through his thick skull that when a customer pays a business fee, the customer gets a service/product in return.
I also told them that I want ANYTHING they do with my case, i.E. Paperwork, was to go though me first, no paperwork was going to be filed on my behalf with out my approval. This of course never happened.
To this day he will not stay on the phone with me as I try to hammer my refund out of him. I have even reported this business to the Delaware chamber of commerce.
He claims that since I received the welcome letter within my 30 days that his end of the deal/guarantee was satisfied.
He claims to have given me a number to the accounts department, but that number is just the general number and when you try to leave a message it tells you that the voicemail box is full and that you need to try your call again later.
It also seems that the only way I can get him to contact me is to threaten him with contacting the authorities.
Do not give this company your money!!!
