Quickmanuals/rapidmanuals sent me a car repair manual in cd format, which would not play on pc cost 5.99, then continued to take a further payments of 5.99 from my account for orders i had not made. My bank could not block payments, as i had been scammed by this company into agreeing to allow them to take money from my account when they chose to, while making my payment through paypoint i had unwittingly agreed to through their terms and conditions, bank told me they could take money from my account for up to a month before any action could be taken, the only way to stop this was to close my account altogether, or go to small claims court where it would cost a small fortune to resolve, how they are allowed to conduct this business is beyond me, yet another scam/ripoff which is allowed to continue due to loopholes in government legllisation.
