I bought a 2000 Plymouth voyager with 121,000 on the van for 1,200 so the van had a lil creek to it when i turned so i took it to mides to got a oil change and get the van looked it to see what that noise was i though maybe tierod end you know nothing major i was wrong. The guy at mides came out and got my boyfriend ad told him they can't do the oil change because they can't lift it up with the boone cause the strut hub was not fixed right it had to be welded in the hold the weight of the van instead they took sheet metal and sheet metal screws and screw it in to the strut hub and i couldn't get it fixed the right way cause it was so rusted underneath the sheet metal the was nothing to weld the strut hub too. The guy at mides told my boyfriend and i if that would of went it could of flip the van or threw us in to incoming traffic so i took the van back now i any had the van for 2 days so i took the van back.
I told the dealer what mides told me and he said i should of did my homework on the van but since i have a 2 month old baby and a 8 and 9 year old he will give me back 900 dollar and my old car back but his keeping 300 dollars for tax and title. So i'm going a layer and suing him for the rest of my money and i'm calling to BBB.
