I puchased a car from Pride Suzuki of Olathe on 7-15-11 for $17k with a 5 year extended warranty. I have had to take the car back for repairs 6 times! They told me that I need a new tranmission. The warranty company will not pay for the repairs because the car has a remanufactured transmission. This was never disclosed to me at the time of the sell and was not on the Carfax. While diagnosing the tranmission issue, Pride Suzuki caused a new issue. They said the ignition coils need to be replaced and it will cost $809. The warranty company also will not cover this expense. The owner, Donnie, said he wanted to work with me and asked me to come back to put me in a different car. This guy offered to buy the car back that I paid $17k for 6 months ago for $8k! Now I have to take the vehicle to Aristocrat to have them fix the ignition coil issue that Pride Suzuki caused just so its driveable again.
