They replaced parts but was unable to fix my car, cost$700 and held car for 30 days

We brought a 2004 Suzuki Forenza with an intermittent starting problem. After numerous attempts and replacement of a resonator, starter and ECU computer they were not able to fix the issue. Ronnie Warren, the service manager, had kept the car for 30days (with no rental car provided); and after $700 spent we still had an intermittent starting problem. Ronnie Warren was not helpful and uncooperative when asked questions and also proceeded to yell when I demanded answers. We had to call Suzuki Corporation ourselves to get this issue resolved. Why Ronnie had not contacted his tech line from the beginning; is beyond me. We finally had to retrieve the car and take it to Planet Suzuki (another dealership) and they were able to fix the issue in one day. Harrelson Suzuki seems not to have any diagnostic tools and their mechanics are incompetent.
