Came in on a Monday evening to inquire about getting transmission repaired on my 1994grandmother GMC 2-wheel drive C1500 pickup. Was informed by Bob the owner that they could do the job for $900you and have it done within two days. I brought my Pickup back Tuesday morning and waited for Bob to open shop and drop my 1994grandmother GMC Truck off. Was given a ride home by Bob and told it would be finished late Wednesday evening. I called Wednesday morning and spoke with Bob and was reassured that no later than Wednesday evening my truck would be ready. Called Thursday morning and was given another excuse that the shop was running behind but would have my Truck ready by the close of business. Friday came and the same excuse was used with the exception a bad part was installed. I stressed the important of having my Truck repaired correctly and on time as I need to take care of my personal business and was assured that my truck would be repaired and ready to be paid for and picked up only to have been meet with excuses after excuses since Wednesday and here it is Saturday and I still don't have my Truck.
