Ordered and paid for a Mitsubishi motor... Sent a Chrysler engine. Returned engine... And can't seem to get a refund. They have told us for the past 2 weeks that check is in the mail.
When we call we are put on hold and transferred to several different people who all seem to know nothing... Even though we spoke to them earlier in the day... Even talked to office manager Dina (who is very rude) and got the same "game" from her. She became rude and told us she mailed our refund. Nope... She didn't either... Very bad business... Stay away!!! I wished I had check the BBB before dealing with them. 78 reports in the past 12 months and still counting...
