My wife and I were rear ended and the co. That the other driver's insurance is with has not paid anything on the car. This happened may 7. Today is june 16 and they made us an offer that was not fair.
They treated us like we were nothing and were rude to us the whole time. They even told us that the person that rear ended us had not gotten in touch with them. We got a hold of them said that they did over a month ago. I don't think I'd have them on my car if i were you.
