I purchased 2 snow tires. The next day i had a massive blow out on my way to work. I had to call aaa for help. I went back to big e's ace tires where i purchased my tires to ask for refund the rude lady who was incharge told me that they did not give back refunds and that it was stated on the sales slip. But the sales slip that i received from her did not state such a fact.
I aske her for my money back which was 42.00 so that i could go else where to purchase tires she still refused. Also when i purchased the snow tires from this place they assured me that they could put my tires on my car but they said that they need a 400 pound tire changer but did not have one so i had to take my tires else where and then had to pay extra to have the tires i bought from them put on my car. I only wanted a refund from them.
It cost me $120.00 for the mistake i made in choosing Big E's Ace Tires = aaa cost, had to buy new tires, plus to put the tires on, gas, and time. The response i got from Big E's Ace Tire was a rude we do not give refunds. Most people who has giving this
business a chance is being treated unfairly.integrity is the key to fair business practices.
