I slipped my vehicle down on November 28th. They stated they'd contact me using what was incorrect. On December fifth they named and also the torque converter required changed. I inquired when they were likely to substitute it having a fresh one they said yes. I expected them to repair the e brake. They changed the caliper within the back.

I quit there plus they dislodged the caught ebrake. They believed to call-back following the New Year simply because they were flooded. I named twice in Jan they believed to call-back simply because they were flooded. I also informed them my indication was having problems again. I named on 2/4/09 they said to come in the next day. I went there, plus they stated they didn’t have something until per week later.
In The time AFTER I slipped my vehicle off the two men I talked to each time were excessively rude, brief and mean. They'd inform me various things each time I named. It felt like I had been being handled this way because of the 2 males being racist. Your day I acquired the vehicle, 12/10, I questioned what period would you shut, he explained 3:15pm. After I got there I questioned why did you inform me you shut at 3:15? He explained you'll want voiced to another person. I don’t understand why he explained that.
Our car still has ebrake problems, $529.26 fix in the store and there's sign fluid dripping within the rear $243.56 fix in the seller.
I've named Aamco customer service twice today and remaining messages.
I've called the guarantee organization to inform them the things they did, I'm waiting to listen to back.
I'm seeking to be repaid for my price at Aamco, due to the price I sustained in the dealer.
