They explained the motor blew and that I decided to ask them to substitute it (having a rebuilt). The store-manager was good enough at that time. Got a quotation and offered a deposit. Authorized estimate on 3/14.By May-16 I still did not have the vehicle. These were rude, wouldn't return my calls-easily did obtain the supervisor he'd inform me it is likely to consider so long as it requires. I named Firestone in March and had a-3 method phone together. Firestone wouldn't support me simply because they state the shop is impartial (simply market Firestone Tires). I had been subsequently informed by my AAA repetition that the store would be shutting their gates plus they needed to complete my vehicle before that. Well, you know what? The store shut and my vehicle was secured inside for over per week!!! Our AAA representative quit by again and also the homeowners (who never approached me) informed him they got a business in the future repair my vehicle which it had been operating nicely. I subsequently needed to spend the total amount of $1,400 before they'll launch my vehicle.
