I purchased a vehicle from a dealer in n.J. And they located a transport company. Driver named larry picked up car on a friday (honda civic in great shape) and stated it will arrive to my home on monday, (following business day) well, i called driver over the weekend to confirm dropoff, no answer and no call back, took off work on mon. Stayed home all day no call, called driver 4pm says tues. So i stay'd home tues, no call and no show, called driver and said still in n.J. (what?) said deliver some time on wed.
Ok this is a 9 hour drive, i could of gotten the car myself at this point. So i called wed monr, at 9am, he said he was 20mins away and would be right over, ok hours go by and he finally calls and show's up at 4pm. Car looks ok from far away, i pay my cash c.O.D. And take it up my drive.inside i find bondo, bondo dust everywhere and sand paper on the ground covered, overspray all over one side of vehicle. We realized the driver must of smashed the top window pillar area and had a crappy bodyman on the side sand with 80grit and bad paint job.
Driver says no way and dealership said the vehicle went out just detailed. We know the driver is lying but can't prove it, just run run run from this transport company. The driver does not own a gps or mapquest and will call to get directions and then drive around roaming aimlessly looking for a drop off point for the car, liars, and cheats, and their 800 number is inop.""""""do not use best transport"""" spend a few extra bucks and have your car intact.
