Avoid at all costs! They are very quick to charge you the $150 deposit and have you sign the contract. After 10 days, there still wasn't a driver assigned to pick up vehicle from Georgia to Florida. Michael, the account coordinator, never returned my call. Once, he told me that he was in the middle of an emergency and hung up on me. Then, I contacted on of the three dispatcher, Conrad. All he would do is give me a different time and date... Every day! When I would call back, he would apologize profusely and tell me that Showtime is having internal office problems. DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT OR GIVE A DEPOSIT! If after the 6TH day, they haven't assigned a driver through central dispatch, you can cancel and receive $60. The other $90 goes to "administrative fees"... What is this for? Who knows... Sure isn't for any services that they provide. If you call and ask for the owner, Sarai, another dispatcher/customer service, will tell you that they have never met him, doesn't go by the office and don't know who he is. Wow! Very how unprofessional. I live in Miami, and drove by the office. They don't own any trucks, they work out of a warehouse area. When I called, Michael told me that they do have a few of their own transport vehicles as well as a network of drivers. AVOID!!! This company... If you don't want to get ripped off!
