Avoid doing business with this company at all costs. Bill is a complete A-hole nut job. I submitted a quote request online and got a call from Bill shortly after. The first thing out of his mouth was "you wanna move this car or what?" To which I replied that I'm getting quotes to do so. He then launches into a surly, 2 minute speech about how quotes and ratings don't mean anything, they are all just teasers to screw you over, and he's the only one in the industry who does it differently. Differently how, I don't know. According to him, his method is to use a price to bargain down the carriers for the best price to me. I responded by saying I'm not out for the lowest price because I'm looking for a balance between ratings, reviews, BBB, FMCSA, and then price to find the best quality/value.
Needless to say, he didn't like the response much. He started arguing again, so I told him that the way he was handling himself told me I'm better off elsewhere. His response was "fuck you. Stay off my website you fucking prick!". Nice. Way to show great professionalism during your first exchange with a potential customer. This guy has serious issues. Forget what transportreviews.com says. Stay away from bill and his company at all costs!!!
