I moved from one location to another and was told to bring my equipment with me and I did. When the tech came for installation he said I old stuff and used all new and indicated he did not want the old stuff. I recevived a letter a few days later explaining how to return old stuff. I called att and told them what had happened and was told that the tech should have used the old stuff, but I should have known that the tech meant that I should keep the old stuff when he indicated he didnt want it. They are now going to bill me $750 for the old stuff, why would I dispose of something that was going to cost me this amount, without feeling I was told att didnt want it.
