These people totally effed up my order. I ordered Wednesday morning, they said she'd have it by 3pm. At 6 pm they call me and tell me they're sorry but they weren't able to deliver, would deliver next day. They didn't even offer a refund of the same day fee until I requested it. Then they failed to deliver the next day too! I called my cc and filed a complaint. Don't ever use them, and I will never use them again. I've used 1-800-Flowers 4 times since then, and they're extremely reliable and proffesional. Use them instead.
