NTB is the worst place to be. I dropped my car for a check up & when I went back it to pick the good for nothing mechanic hit
My car & had my number plate damaged along with a crack on front side of bonuet. The ladies at the counter claimed it was
Before only. But when I asked did they noted down it before the car was inspected they earlier said they dont do any body
Inspection but later claimed that they have noted it down. When I asked for the records they said the papers are inside the
Managers office. When I walked along with them inside they forced me to leave the office & wait outside & after 10 mins they
Were out with the paper make sure it was written on the the report. They felt they are very smart but the trut is that this
Only shows how they cheat the customers & lie to people. The Manager again was a big rude person I evere came across. He was
Arraogant to such a great extent cant even think of. He straight away said do whatever you want to do & asked me to call 911.
I just left the store cursing my self for being at a wrong place. It was such a pathetic experience. I would never recommend
Any one to NTB in my whole life even if they offer any free service & make sure to pass on this message to as many people as
I can. I have already started doing it.
I feel totally sorry & cheated by being at NTB.
