On 08/10/10 i went into one of your location after leaving my hotel after i asked the young lady at the front desk where is a apple bees the store was located in Wichita falls 2911 kell blvd i enter the store 8 mins passed before someone acknowledge me and there were only maybe 50 quests inside after am seated 20 mins pass by no one has came to my table yet at this time there are customers that has come after me being waited on before me at this time i asked for the manager he came over he already knew what was wrong when he came to my table and he apologized for the waitress who walked passed me many times took other customers before me and the manager stated to me that she said she didn't see me i don't feel the manager handled the situation right the young lady should have been sent home for good i luv apple bees me and my wife go sometimes twice a week to the one located by our house 1820 w. University Dr. McKinney, TX 75069 always the best service and i just moved to Dallas 2months ago we luv the 2.00 everyday drinks which this store didn't offer but to make long story short i didn't like the way i was treated i go to Wichita falls on business 2 to 3 times a month i travel alot i will not be go back to this! Apple bees but i hope we fix the problem it doesn't felt apple bees standards i still stayed and ate and that waitress ended up waiting on me anyway my tab was 29.48 Sn#089087887 [email protected]
