RV and Van Surplus, RV Marketing, DCM Company Charged My CC For Van Shades In Aug. 2011 & Never Shipped Product Or Refunded Money

Ordered 7 van day/night shades on 8/24 my credit card was charged on 8/25 today is 12/19 and still no product. After 19 phone calls I finally spoke with "Bob" (owner) and he said he would refund 4 weeks ago. Didn't happen. Filed a complaint online with the Indiana Attorney Generals office last week. I suggest everyone who has been ripped off by this company do the same.
