We had our car transported from the UK to mainland Spain by this company. We decided to use these as they were fairly priced & seemed genuine when we spoke to them. Problems occured more or less straight away when communicaion was pretty slack from their end & this was just confirming the collection details at first. We was promised the car would be delivered one day & this never happened. Me & my husband took time of work to ensure delivery was accepted of our vehicle which didn't happen as promised. We had to wait 3 more days & our car was finally delivered on Sunday evening at 9pm. On inspecting our vehicle we were missing a windscreen wiper which we were not bothered about as this was a cheap fix however on inspecting our wingmirror this was totally destroyed. We got together quotes to repair this & emailed these along with photos of the damage to them. Once again communication from their end was little or nothing. Finally after 2 months & threats of legal action to them we have got part of our payment to repair our car. The problem we have is the quotes we got were priced in GBP & the payment we received was made in Euros. At the current exchange rate we are owed only around 80. It might not seem a lot but its the principal of the matter, they damaged our car so they should pay, wouldn't you agree??? This was a month ago that the payment was made & after several email with no repsonse I have today called them & spoke to John for him to turn round & say he cannot deal with it, it is Nicola I need to speak to who is ' Out of the office until the New Year'. I got the impression from him that they would not pay what is outstanding. He said 'Its the most espensive wingmirror hes ever heard of'. My repsonse 'You had you chance to get one cheaper but you have taken so long dealing with the matter the item was no longer available'. All the quotes that were provided were from actual Dealerships in the UK, I can't help that the parts are expensive thats just the way it is!!!
This company are an absolute waste of space & the testimonals on their website must be made up. Their customer service is shocking & you have to do all the chasing up. They fail to take care of your vehicle & then when you try to sort problems out with them, well they just do not want to pay up. Do not use, if you do beware!!
