Asked United BMW to install a suspension upgrade kit on a new 2011 BMW.
United BMW only installed half of the parts. The parts they did install were installed incorrectly. They rounded-off a few bolts. A four wheel alignment performed as part of the installation was massively hosed up.
United BMW said that they sold me a different suspension that did only contain half of the parts, but cost the same amount of money.
The service invoice cited the BMW part number of a product United BMW advertised prominently featuring the missing parts.
United BMW asked for another $1,500 to complete the suspension upgrade with all the required parts.
United BMW insisted the four wheel alignment was done correctly even though toe-out was massively out of spec on all four wheels, and there was a. 5 degree difference in camber between the two rear wheels.
United BMW billed me ten hours labor to hose up my suspension. A local tire store did the same work and only billed me four hours labor, 2.5 times less.
