This is certainly nothing major, but I think it says a lot about their character.
My girlfriend bought a 1yr old jeep wrangler from Showcase Pontiac, spent over $15000, plus the extended warranty. I never noticed the jack extender arm was missing (it is stored under the passenger seat). The rest of the jack was there, just the extension was missing-but that makes the jack useless.
By the time we fixed her first flat tire (6 mo.?? It was way too late... You would think they would give her one attachment just to keep good relations with past customers, but they were real rude about the whole thing.
Not sure if i talked to Rob Hubler or Tom Buis, but the conversation didn't go well.
I realize we should have checked the vehicle out first, but it was irritating when they said "it's nothing you can sue us over". I also realize there is nothing that they are required to do, but I know we won't buy there in the future. Thanks anyway for reading this!
