Hilmi took $5000.00 from me and my brother 10K total in lieu of delivering two cars that he claimed he had and was selling to us. Shortly after he disappeared and failed to answer our calls for several months. He never returned the money nor provided the cars. He has made no attempt at paying us back going on 13 mos now. He is in my opinion a cheating scam artist that should not be trusted with money period.
